01. The order

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 working days. Delivery typically takes 5-15 working days within the UK mainland. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices are automatically available in your account once the order is processed. If you require a separate invoice, please contact us.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the UK mainland. We do not offer international shipping.

Who covers return shipping costs?

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be credited to the original payment method.
